Algebra 2H
Due to talking problems, several of you will have your seats changed on Monday.
Today, we went over all of lesson 1.6- one part involved solving equations on your graphing calculators. Some of you acted as if you'd never used your calculator for graphing before!!!!
HW page 49 # 14-54 evens...This is more than I usually assign...this was due to some students being disruptive....I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in my classroom!

We started learning about 2 column proofs today! This is what is known as deductive reasoning-using facts to justify your statements until you prove what the problem asks you to prove. We went over examples of 2 column proofs in class.
HW pages 41-42 # 7-10 all + BRING YOUR BOOKS TO CLASS ON MONDAY!!!
EC problem....page 42 # 12 ( worth 3 points if done correctly!)

Algebra 2A pd 5
Quiz on Sections 1.4 and 1.6 was today. Extra credit was given out after the quiz---to receive the credits, you must show ALL work....due Monday before class starts.
Students who are disruptive will be suspended from my class starting next week....
No other ec for the weekend.
