About half of the class did NOT do well on the last quiz!!!! I'll be handing out the quiz papers tomorrow.
Today, we started the unit on graphing inequalities. We used the graphing calculators for some of the problems, but you are required to know how to graph the inequalities by hand.
HW Worksheet # 1-7 all
EC problem.....Shade in the intersection for the inequalities y> (1/2)x - 4 and y< -2x+2. Graph both of these on the same graph.

We continued to try to learn how to solve equations in 3 variables.
HW 3 problems....1) x+y+z=-1
2x+y=2 Solve for x, y, and z.....
-3x=-9

2) x-2y+z=3
2x+y-2z=31
-x+2y+3z=-23

3) x+y+z=0
2x+y-z=2
2x+2y+z=5
