As you know, there was no pd 1 class due to the teachers (including me) demonstrating against the state budget cuts in education for next year.
Don't forget that there is a quiz on Monday on Geometric Sequences, Series, and Infinite Geometric Series. All formulas will be on the quiz.

Geometry H pds 2,4
After going over the hw problems on ratio of areas and scale factors of similar figures, we started Chapter 12 on Solids. The first solid we learned about is the prism. You should have notes about the different kinds of prisms.
HW Worksheet # 1,3,4,9, and 10...Sketch the figure and calculate what is asked for.
EC problem....Sketch a hexagonal prism. Label the altitude and sides. If each side = 8cm and the height is 12 cm, calculate the LA and TA.
