Today was the quiz on Absolute Value Equations and Inequalities. Hope you all did well!
EC puzzle on absolute value was given out after the quiz. If done perfectly, it will count as 2 hw assignments!
You no longer have to bring your textbooks to class since we have a class set in our room. Please leave them at home in a safe place!
Another EC for my blogger fans---Write the inequality -8< x < 8 as a single inequality involving absolute value. This problem is on page 111 # 46.

Today, we went over the four pairs of angles that you must learn for this class. They are vertical angles, adjacent angles, complementary angles, and supplementary angles.

EC problem... Two lines intersect and form vertical angles. If one of the vertical angles is 5x-18 and the other vertical angle is 3x+ 20, what is x, and what is the measure of each angle?
