Algebra 2H pds 1,2
We are continuing our journey of learning different types of word problems with 2 or 3 variables. Today, we covered coin problems and mixture problems.
An example of each type of problem was demonstrated as classwork.
HW pages 250-251 # 15,17,25,27 and
page 226 # 4.
EC problem...The sum of three numbers is 20. The first number is the sum of the second and the third. The third number is three times the first. Find the numbers.
(There will be some negative answers.)
Geometry H pds 3,5,6
Tomorrow is the big quiz on Angles of a Triangle, and the Angles of a Polygon. Memorize the formulas!!! Learn all of the triangle vocabulary as well. Remember that the sum of the exterior angles of any polygon = 360, and each exterior angle of a regular polygon = 360/n.
HW Study and be prepared for the quiz.....Most questions will be similar to the problems we went over in today's class.
EC Question...How will you prepare for tomorrow's quiz? Answer in at least 4 sentences.
