Today was the due date for the Polygon Picture Projects. Most pictures were awesome!
We also began Chapter Five. We learned that the midsegment of a triangle is parallel to the 3rd side and equal to half of the 3rd side.
HW Worksheet 5.1 Do all problems on the side that says Practice 5-1.

EC problem...On a sheet of plain white paper, draw a scalene triangle (ABC) with a straightedge. Fold the paper from one vertex to the next vertex to find the midpoints of each side. Measure the sides of your triangle and your 3 midsegments. What can you conclude?
