Geometry H pds 3,5
Our next quiz is tomorrow. It will cover finding the geometric mean, using the geometric mean to solve the sides or altitude of a right triangle, the Pythagorean theorem, including the proof as a bonus, and being able to tell if a triangle is a right, acute, or obtuse triangle if you know the measures of its sides.
HW Finish the worksheet from today's class and STUDY the worksheets we've done so that you will do well on the quiz!!!!

Trig pd 4
After going over the hw problems on the Ambiguous Case, we learned how to solve for the sides and angles of a triangle using the Law of Cosines. The derivation of the formula was shown, as well as several examples of how to use the formula. Use the law of cosines when given SAS or SSS.
