We learned the formula for the area of a trapezoid. The formula is on the worksheet handed out during class. Examples were explained and completed (hopefully) during class time.
HW -HW Worksheet # 1-6 all, 9,14.
EC problem- An isosceles trapezoid has sides of 6cm (top), 5cm, 12cm (bottom), and 5cm. Remember the bases are parallel. Find the height and then find the area.
