Algebra 2H pds 1,4
After going over the requirements of the binder and other information, we reviewed the topic of Order of Operations.
HW- Get your parents to sign the Fall Semester rules paper.
Finish # 1-15 on Order of Operations worksheet.
EC problem...Evaluate a^3c^4/d^3 - c/e^2
a=3/4 c= -2 d= 3 e= 1/3
(^ means exponent)

Geometry H pds 2,5
After going over the requirements of the course (binder for Friday and compass& ruler for Monday), we went over a worksheet with some basic geometry vocabulary. Everyone graded his/her own paper.
HW- Have your parents sign the course requirements paper. Make sure they understand that you need to have a compass and ruler for this class by Monday.

EC problem....Draw a picture of a plane with a line intersecting the plane at one point. Label the point A and the line CB. Line CB should contain point A.

Trig pd 6
After going over the requirements of the course, we reviewed the Pythagorean theorem from geometry and went over problems related to this theorem.
