Today, we started the Chapter on Exponential and Logarithmic Functions. We learned that powers of 2 can increase very quickly after starting out slowly.
We graphed the equations y = 2^x, Y= 3^x and Y = (1/3)^x.
HW page 536 # 9,10,11,12,13,and 17.

We started the unit on Quadratic Functions. This means we reviewed the parabola.

EC problem-Complete the square to find the vertex of Y = -3x^2 + 6x + 4.
