Today, we started Chapter 6, which is on Rational Expressions and Functions.
We covered Lesson 6.1 during class.
HW pages 345-346 # 1,5,9,13,17,21,25,29,33, and 37.
EC problem # 66 on page 347. This problem is similar to the last one done during today's class.
Geometry H pds 3,5,6
Today, we used linguini (spaghetti) to show that the sum of the two shorter sides of a triangle must be greater than the 3rd side in order for a triangle to be formed.
We also went over the Triangle Exterior Angle Theorem.
HW Worksheet- Do ALL problems on this worksheet.
EC problem....Draw a triangle with sides of 3 cm and 6 cm. Tell what measurement the 3rd side must have in order to form a triangle.
