We learned how to solve problems involving arithmetic series. This is adding the terms of an arithmetic sequence.
The formulas were given out in today's class.
HW Worksheet # 1,5,9,13,17,21,25,29,33,35(pd 1),37, and 40 (pd 2).

Geometry H pds 3,5
The next quiz is on Wednesday. Today, after going over the hw problems and learning that an angle formed by a tangent and chord = 1/2 of its intercepted arc,students received a Practice Test. It must be finished by the beginning of tomorrow's class.

EC problem-Inscribe quadrilateral ABCD in circle O. If angle A = 72º and angle B = 104º, and arc CD = 100º, find angle C, angle D, and Arcs BC, AD, and AB.

Math Analysis pd 4
Tomorrow is the quiz on Graphing Rational Functions. You will be allowed to use graphing calculators for the quiz. You must know how to find the asymptotes on your own for the most part.
HW Practice 1) f(x) = (x^2 -2x -2)/(x-1)
2) f(x) = x/(x^2 - 1)
