After reviewing the hw problems, we graphed complex numbers, solved some complex number equations, and found out how to find the absolute value of a complex number.
HW page 320 # 18, 22, 26, 42, 44, 50, 52, 56, 58, 64, 82, and 88.
An extra credit picture puzzle on complex numbers was also given out.
It is due on Monday before the start of class. Also, watch the tv show "Numbers" tonight at 10pm on CBS, and write a paragraph summary of the show.

We went over proofs involving isosceles triangles. Several examples were done in class.
HW Finish the worksheet # 4, 5, and 6.
EC Problem.....Draw an isosceles triangle with the legs = 10 cm. Measure the base angles. Are they congruent? What is their measure?

Today was the quiz on the quadratic formula and discriminant. An extra credit picture puzzle was given out to early finishers. It is due on Monday BEFORE class starts.
